q8bet Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and q8bet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the q8bet website at q8bet.vu, including all gaming products, betting markets, promotional offers, payment facilities, and support services offered therein. By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing any part of the q8bet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. q8bet does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. All payment amounts displayed on q8bet are denominated in BDT. q8bet does not accept deposits made using funds derived from illegal sources, and any such funds identified will be frozen and reported.

q8bet offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are non-transferable between accounts. Only one welcome bonus per player per household is permitted.
• q8bet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if the promotion is found to be subject to error, abuse, or technical issues.
• Bonuses obtained through the exploitation of system errors, technical glitches, or collusion will be voided. Any winnings generated from such bonus use will also be forfeited.
• Bonuses and free spins expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on q8bet. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or allowing a person under 21 to access your account
• Creating more than one account on q8bet (multi-accounting) or using another person's account
• Colluding with other players, using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage
• Using q8bet for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain or unfair advantage

q8bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months; or at the request of the player via the self-exclusion process. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting q8bet's support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests that were approved prior to the closure request being submitted. Where a player closes their account under the responsible gaming self-exclusion process, q8bet will apply the agreed exclusion period and will not reopen the account during that period, regardless of subsequent requests from the player.

All content on the q8bet platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces (excluding third-party game content which remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider), promotional materials, and any other materials — is the exclusive property of q8bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on q8bet, except as permitted in these Terms or with q8bet's express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of q8bet's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q8bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the q8bet platform or any content or services provided through it, even if q8bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

q8bet does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. q8bet expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit q8bet's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

q8bet reserves the right to revise and update these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon posting to the q8bet website. Where changes are material — for example, changes affecting player rights, payment terms, or bonus conditions — q8bet will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered players where reasonably practicable.
